The team at the Wine Cave had the place looking spectacular. It’s a cosy spot all year round but the halls were well and truly decked. We got to sample the delicious Christmas menu from Smoked Ham Hock Terrine to Figs Stuffed with Chulchoill Goats Cheese. I even tried duck(!), that’s how good the food is! The mulled wine and prosecco were flowing all night long and resident Sommelier Gabriel Stroe was on hand to teach us all about the fabulous wine on offer.
