A day off well spent, brings me much content. I threw on my new favourite item of clothing, this Paris Sweatshirt from Pull and Bear, and took a jaunt up to the Powerscourt Estate for a coffee and a stroll.
The gardens are a great place to clear your mind and fill your lungs up with fresh air. On a sunny day the lake glistens, while the fountain’s spray drifts in the breeze. Linger long enough and you might spy some ducklings bobbing by.
The Japanese gardens are a great for a photo-op, which I took full advantage of today. But by God, do I need to practise my poses!
Along the route pay your respects at one of Ireland’s largest pet cemeteries, climb to the top of the Pepperpot Tower and count how many plants you can name inside the walled garden.
